To accomodate their growth and development, Bargate Homes comissioned the development of a new purpose built office, on Vicarage Farm Business Park in Fair Oak, Hampshire.

The design was undertaken by Urban Pulse Architects, who worked closely with Bargate throughout the development.

The office was sympathetic to its surrounding, constructed from traditional materials, this allowed for large open spaces at ground and first floor level. Long span for units were provided to give the greatest flexibility of the layout, and accomodate further layout variations.

The entrance foyer has a large full height space, with a spiral stair leading to the first floor meeting room.
