​Grange Mews is a stunning brand new development located in the parish of the St Peter Port, situated in a sought after town location. These Mews Style Properties will be finished to a high specification. The development comprises of a selection of local market units ranging from a 1 bedroom apartment with parking to 3/4 bedroom mews style houses with 2 car parking spaces, 15 properties in total.

CBL Consulting were appointed by Infinity Construction to undertake all aspects of this developments Civil & Structural Engineering. We were responsible for the design & detailing of the site wide foul & surface water drainage and structure for each unit, which included reinforced concrete substructure layouts and bar bending schedules, as well as masonry, steelwork, and timber general arrangement drawings.

CBL worked closely with the Architect and Contractor to ensure a fluid and efficient construction phase, with frequent design time meetings, discussions and site visits.
