This substantial extension to the existing school houses new sports, classrooms and kitchen together with internal remodelling of existing building. It comprises a 2 storey modular build over a composite steel frame to transfer structure over the sports hall off pilled foundations.

New surface water and foul drainage was designed to facilitate the development.
