CBL Consulting are proud to have served as the Structural and Civil Engineer for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the prestigious La Grande Mare Redevelopment Project.

Phase 1 of this landmark local development features the construction of a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, a purpose-built Greenkeepers Store, and the complete transformation of the existing 18-hole golf course.

Our team was responsible for the full structural design and detailing of all Phase 1 buildings, including the complex steelwork required for the architecturally striking curved driving range facility.

In addition, CBL Consulting delivered the comprehensive drainage design for both the new golf facilities and the upgraded course infrastructure—ensuring robust, sustainable systems that support long-term performance and functionality.
