Phase 2 of the La Grande Mare Redevelopment Project centres on the creation of a brand-new, architecturally refined Clubhouse facility. This impressive building includes a stylish bar and brasserie, an exclusive golf members' lounge and dining area, modern changing facilities, and a state-of-the-art spa and gym complex. The scope of this phase also extended to the development of key infrastructure buildings and dedicated storage facilities across the site.

CBL Consulting delivered full structural and civil engineering services, incorporating piled reinforced concrete foundations for the substructure and traditional construction materials above ground. This approach enabled a streamlined, efficient build process while maintaining architectural integrity.

A notable highlight of the project is the use of elegant glulam timber frames which span the feature swimming pool within the spa—showcasing a blend of structural innovation and aesthetic excellence.
