CBL Consulting were appointed as the as the Structural and Civil Engineer on behalf of Ravenscroft Construction to help them with the delivery of 26 new two-bedroom dwellings – 10 apartments for the Guernsey Housing Association, 12 chalet bungalows for those aged over 55, and four apartments available for wider ownership.

CBL Consulting were responsible for undertaking and providing preliminary, construction and as built site wide drainage design, drawings & details for both foul and surface water services to all 26 units. As well as this we assisted Ravenscroft on site-wide road & kerb levels and setting out, the design and setting out of service trenches, and provided substructure design for each unit in accordance with the requirements for their timber frame superstructure. CBL Consulting also carried out fortnightly site visits and inspections throughout the entire duration of the works.
