MONT HAVELET

Replacing a set of two-storey garages which formed a gap in George Road, the build provides 3 high quality apartments, off-street parking for 11 cars.

Designed to blend seamlessly into its surrounding older buildings, the traditionally proportioned street facade is clad in white honed stone and render which reflects and respects its context, whilst the entire structure of the apartments was designed as reinforced concrete, from the floor slabs to the walls. With tight working conditions and a sloping site with retaining walls, constructing these apartments was not an easy task.
