OCTOPUS

Occupying an exposed location in Havelet Bay, with stunning views of Castle Cornet and the island beyond, is the Octopus restaurant,

​

Taking it's name from Victor Hugo's 1866 novel 'Toilers of the Sea', the restaurant is formed from a remodelling of the former Half Moon Cafe.

​

The restaurant has been designed with a fully glazed steel frame extension, a reinforced ground beam and piled foundations and includes all new kitchens and drainage across the site.

​

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this fantastic project with the clients Mike and Delphine of M & D Limited, architects PF+A and Infinity Construction.
