OCTOPUS

Occupying an exposed location in Havelet Bay, with stunning views of Castle Cornet and the island beyond, is the Octopus restaurant,

Taking it's name from Victor Hugo's 1866 novel 'Toilers of the Sea', the restaurant is formed from a remodelling of the former Half Moon Cafe.

The restaurant has been designed with a fully glazed steel frame extension, a reinforced ground beam and piled foundations and includes all new kitchens and drainage across the site.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this fantastic project with the clients Mike and Delphine of M & D Limited, architects PF+A and Infinity Construction.
