The brief for this project was to provide a 2-storey state of the art driving range, with Pirate Mini Golf and a Pro-Shop, with a bar and restaurant.

The existing site had to be remodelled in a way which allowed the new 2-storey facility to sit within the height of the original structure.

Given the open nature that the driving bay has, a portalised steel frame was adopted with Comflor metal decking. In addition,
