CBL were appointed to provide Structural Engineering services for 9 bespoke luxury houses set within the existing land owned by Sunte House in Haywards Heath.

Where each house type was bespoke, we worked along side the Architect and the Client to produce a design which was both robust and met the aesthetical requirements of the top end finishes which the buildings were due.

CBL provided services from scheme stage through to completion and handover providing a co-ordination role in addition to the Engineering for the entire course of the project.
