The Haven is a residential development situated on Guelles Road in St. Peter Port comprising of a selection of 14 different units ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 2-bedroom apartments and maisonettes. This development promotes modern living through its contemporary and traditional design and low maintenance & running costs.

CBL Consulting were appointed by Infinity Construction to undertake complete foul and surface water drainage design as well as the design and detail for the substructure and superstructure of each unit on the site. Working closely with the Architect we were able to develop our superstructure drawings using Revit software. This enabled us to produce our detailed structural drawings with a combination of both 2D & 3D information.
