It is great to see the completion of Trinity Square Apartments.
This refurbishment and conversion project designed by Naftel Associates Chartered Surveyors and Architects includes an inset vertical penthouse extension to an existing historic building.
Aside from creating some interesting structural engineering problems, vertical extensions can maximise the potential for refurbishment of an existing building as well as reducing the overall material consumption through the reuse of a structure.

The proposed development for this project includes:
Over 320 new units of energy-efficient accommodation, in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom configurations, suitable for individuals, couples, and families.
≈ 99,000 ft² of new commercial building/space.
≈ 87,000 ft² of Community/Health & Lifestyle space
